MorNatural EDU legal information

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains the information used by the separate EDU platform, including purchases and optional AI-assistant conversations.
Effective date
September 23, 2026
Operator
MorNatural LLC

1. Scope and controller

MorNatural LLC operates MorNatural EDU and is responsible for platform and EDU Account information described in this Policy. For purchases through Robokassa, Individual Entrepreneur Filipp Vladimirovich Kashirin also processes the identity, transaction, refund, and legally required records needed to act as Seller of Record. EDU Accounts are independent from MorNatural storefront accounts.

This Policy applies to the EDU website, Course library, checkout, account activation, password recovery, Course materials, and AI-assisted learning tools. It does not replace the privacy policy of a separately operated storefront or third-party website.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated by your use of EDU, and limited information received from service providers.

  • Account and identity data: name, email address, password hash, account identifiers, session records, activation and password-recovery records.
  • Purchase data: selected Course and Offer, price, currency, payment status, provider transaction references, purchase date, terms acceptance, refunds, and access entitlement. Payment providers handle complete card details; EDU does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
  • Learning data: Courses assigned to your account, access capabilities, Course requests, and browser-stored preferences such as playback position or speed.
  • Assistant data: prompts, responses, conversation history, summaries, safety diagnostics, and technical metadata. If you voluntarily include health-related information, we treat that content as sensitive information.
  • Communications: support requests, email delivery status, consent or suppression preferences, and other correspondence.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, request identifiers, cookies, logs, rate-limit records, and security events.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to perform our agreement with you, operate and secure EDU, comply with law, and pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights. Where required, we rely on consent.

  • Create and authenticate EDU Accounts and recover access.
  • Process checkout, reconcile payments, issue refunds, and assign the correct Course capabilities or services.
  • Deliver Course content, retain requested conversation history, and generate assistant responses grounded in Course materials.
  • Provide support, transactional notices, security alerts, and optional marketing communications you requested.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures; enforce our policies and legal rights.
  • Understand and improve reliability, accessibility, and Course experience using information that is aggregated or minimized where practical.

4. Health-related information

EDU is an educational service and is not designed as a patient portal or medical-record system. Do not upload medical records, insurance information, government identifiers, emergency information, or another person’s health information.

If you voluntarily include health-related details in an assistant conversation or support request, we use them only to provide and protect the requested EDU service, meet legal obligations, and address support or safety issues. We do not use health-related content for targeted advertising or sell it.

Using EDU does not create a healthcare-provider relationship, and this Policy does not represent that EDU is covered by HIPAA. We will provide legally required notices if a qualifying breach of protected health information occurs.

5. How information is disclosed

When you choose Lava.top, we send your purchase email, the selected product identifier, amount, currency, and payment-return address to Lava.top to create and reconcile the payment. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status and related payment records. Lava.top and its payment partners process payment details under their own privacy terms, available on the Lava.top website and payment page. We do not send Course reading history or assistant conversations to Lava.top for payment processing.

We do not sell personal information or health-related content, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to the following recipients:

  • Hosting, database, security, and infrastructure providers that run EDU.
  • Payment providers, banks, and fraud-prevention services involved in a transaction, refund, or dispute.
  • Email-delivery and customer-support providers used to send activation, recovery, receipt, and support messages.
  • AI service providers used to generate assistant responses when you choose to use the assistant.
  • Media hosting and delivery providers used to provide protected Course files.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization.

6. Cookies and browser storage

EDU uses essential cookies for sign-in, sessions, security, and language or service operation. Course tools may use local browser storage to remember playback position, playback speed, and similar preferences.

We do not currently use EDU information for third-party targeted advertising. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account and Course features from working. Browser controls can clear cookies and local storage.

7. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Account and entitlement data generally remain while the account or access is active. Payment, refund, acceptance, fraud-prevention, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and legitimate dispute needs.

You may reset available assistant conversation history or request account deletion. Some information may remain in restricted backups or legal records until the applicable retention period ends. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, encrypted transport, hashed passwords and activation tokens, signed Course-media links, and payment-provider hosted forms. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity. Do not send complete payment-card information or medical records by email or through the assistant.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also appeal certain decisions or complain to a privacy authority.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. To make a request, email contact@mornatural.com from the address associated with your EDU Account. We may verify identity before acting and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method. Transactional, security, and account messages are necessary for the service and may continue while your account or Purchase remains active.

10. International processing

MorNatural LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism.

11. Children

MorNatural EDU is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as EDU and legal requirements change. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice or request consent when required for a material new use of existing information.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@mornatural.com or MorNatural LLC, 121 SE Shurfine Dr, Suite 2, Ankeny, Iowa 50021-5425, USA.

This document should be reviewed whenever the EDU products or data practices materially change.
