1. General provisions

This public offer contains the terms on which Individual Entrepreneur Filipp Vladimirovich Kashirin, Russian taxpayer identification number 780227623225 and individual entrepreneur registration number 317784700070555 (the “Provider”), provides paid MorNatural EDU services to an adult customer (the “Customer”). The Provider operates under Russian economic activity code 85.41.9 for other supplementary education.

The Russian text published at /ru/legal/offer is the official offer under Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Completing checkout, accepting the displayed legal documents, and paying through Robokassa constitute full acceptance. A contract is formed when Robokassa confirms payment.

2. Definitions

EDU is the separate MorNatural learning platform available at https://edu.mornatural.com. A Course is a collection of digital educational and informational materials. An Offer is the Course package selected at checkout, including its capabilities, access period, price, and any separately identified service.

Services mean providing the Customer with paid personal access to the selected Offer. Depending on the Offer, this may include written materials, presentations, video, a Course-grounded AI assistant, or a separately described specialist service.

3. Subject and delivery

The Provider undertakes to provide the Services identified in the selected Offer, and the Customer undertakes to supply accurate checkout information, pay the displayed amount, and comply with this offer.

Digital access begins after confirmed payment and completion of any required EDU Account activation. Access is provided remotely through the Course Workspace for the period shown at checkout. No physical delivery is involved. Any human-delivered service is included only when expressly listed in the Offer.

4. Account and access

Course access is personal and non-transferable. A new Customer receives a protected activation link at the email provided during checkout and creates an EDU password. An existing Customer receives access through the existing EDU Account after payment is confirmed.

The Customer must safeguard account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The Provider may temporarily restrict access to investigate fraud, payment reversal, unlawful activity, account sharing, or a material security risk.

5. Price and payment

The Course, included capabilities, access period, United States dollar reference price, applicable exchange rate, and final Russian-ruble charge are displayed before payment. The ruble amount accepted by the Customer and transmitted to Robokassa is the contract price for that Purchase.

Payment is cashless through Robokassa. The Provider does not receive or store the complete card number or card security code. A browser return or payment-screen message alone does not confirm payment; access follows the verified provider notification.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The Customer may request a voluntary refund within 14 calendar days after confirmed payment. Unless the selected Offer provides a more favorable rule, an approved request returns the ruble amount paid through Robokassa to the original payment method when possible.

The Customer retains all non-waivable rights under Russian law, including the right to cancel a service contract subject to payment of the Provider’s documented expenses actually incurred where applicable. Requests should be sent from the purchase email to fkashirin@mornatural.com with the Customer name, Course, approximate purchase date, and transaction reference if available.

When a full or partial refund is confirmed, the access supplied by the refunded Purchase is revoked immediately. Processing time after submission depends on Robokassa, the payment method, and the Customer’s bank.

7. Course-material license

The Customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased Course materials for personal learning during the access period. Exclusive rights remain with their respective owners.

  • Do not share the EDU Account, activation links, downloads, or paid access.
  • Do not reproduce, sell, distribute, publicly display, scrape, or create a competing product from Course materials.
  • Do not bypass access controls or use automated extraction tools.

8. Educational and AI limitations

The Services provide general education and information. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis, prescription, emergency assistance, or individualized medical advice, and they do not create a physician-patient relationship.

The AI assistant may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected responses. It supports navigation of Course materials and must not be used to make medical decisions. The Customer should verify important information and consult an appropriately qualified professional.

9. Personal data and confidentiality

Personal data is processed to conclude and perform the contract, confirm payment, provide access, communicate with the Customer, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations, and handle refunds or disputes in accordance with the published Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment credentials are processed by Robokassa and participating financial institutions. The Customer must not submit complete card details, medical records, government identifiers, or another person’s confidential information through the Course assistant.

10. Liability and force majeure

The parties are liable under this offer and applicable Russian law. Nothing in this offer excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. The Provider is not responsible for a failure caused by inaccurate Customer data, unsupported equipment, the Customer’s internet connection, or third-party systems outside the Provider’s reasonable control.

A party is relieved from liability to the extent performance is prevented by an extraordinary and unavoidable event beyond its reasonable control, provided the affected party gives reasonable notice and takes reasonable steps to limit the consequences.

11. Term and changes

The offer is effective from publication and remains available until withdrawn. The version accepted at checkout governs that Purchase. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce already purchased capabilities or mandatory rights unless required by law or accepted separately by the Customer.

12. Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by Russian law. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through a written request, without limiting the Customer’s right to contact a regulator or court in the manner and venue permitted by mandatory law. The official language of the contract is Russian.
