Terms of Use and Purchase

1. Agreement and operator

Payment channels are available only when displayed at checkout. Robokassa-specific provisions and the Russian Public Offer apply only to purchases paid through Robokassa. For a Lava.top payment, the selling account is identified on the Lava.top product or payment page; Lava.top provides the payment platform and does not become the seller of the educational content. Payment through Lava.top does not transfer ownership of MorNatural content to the payment provider.

MorNatural LLC operates the MorNatural EDU platform. The party selling a particular Offer (the Seller of Record) is identified at checkout: MorNatural LLC for United States dollar payments processed through Stripe, and Individual Entrepreneur Filipp Vladimirovich Kashirin for payments processed through Robokassa.

By using MorNatural EDU, creating an EDU Account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the specific description shown for the Offer you purchase, and—when Robokassa is selected—the Russian Public Offer. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.

MorNatural EDU Accounts are separate from accounts used on the MorNatural storefront. Storefront credentials, orders, and access do not automatically transfer to EDU.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.

Course access is personal, non-transferable, and intended only for the person whose email and EDU Account are associated with the Purchase. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or activation link has been compromised.

3. Educational service—not medical care

MorNatural EDU provides general educational information. It does not provide a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, emergency service, or substitute for care from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Use of EDU does not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, or other clinical relationship.

Health information can change and may not apply to your circumstances. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of Course content. Seek immediate professional or emergency assistance for urgent symptoms or concerns.

4. AI-assisted learning tools

The Course assistant may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected responses. It is designed to help navigate Course materials, not to make medical decisions. Verify important information against the Course and with a qualified professional.

Do not submit emergency information, medical records, government identifiers, payment-card data, or information about another person without authorization. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for decisions you make.

5. Offers, prices, and payment

For Lava.top payments, checkout shows the final RUB amount before you proceed. It is calculated from the USD reference price using the latest available official Bank of Russia USD/RUB rate plus 3%, rounded up to a whole ruble. The quote is valid for 15 minutes and may be refreshed before payment. This pricing adjustment is included in the displayed amount. A return from the payment page alone does not confirm payment: access follows verified payment confirmation and any required account activation, with instructions sent to the purchase email.

The checkout page identifies the Course, included capabilities or services, access duration, price, currency, and Seller of Record for the selected Offer. Offers have a United States dollar reference price. When Robokassa is selected, checkout also shows the applied exchange rate and locks the final Russian-ruble amount before payment.

Payments are processed by independent payment providers. We do not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Your bank or provider may apply exchange rates, taxes, or fees that we do not control.

We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error. If a payment was captured for a cancelled order, we will return the captured amount through the original payment method.

6. Course access and license

After confirmed payment and any required account activation, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Course materials for your own education during the access period shown in the Offer.

We may update Course materials to correct errors, improve clarity, or reflect new information. An update will not materially remove paid capabilities without a reasonable substitute, extension, or remedy required by law.

• Do not share credentials, activation links, downloads, or paid access.
• Do not reproduce, sell, distribute, publicly display, scrape, or create a competing product from Course materials.
• Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe security, or use automated extraction tools.
• Do not use the assistant or service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.

7. Your submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the right to submit that content. We may remove content or restrict use that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or safety risk.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. An approved refund immediately revokes the Course access supplied by the refunded Purchase. Access supplied by a separate active Purchase or manual grant is not affected.

9. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep EDU available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, payment providers, hosting providers, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Links or integrations provided by third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using EDU at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment reversal, material breach, unlawful activity, threats to service security, or harm to other users. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Sections concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDU and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. We do not guarantee a particular educational, health, financial, or professional result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorNatural LLC and the applicable Seller of Record will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from EDU. Aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchased Offer will not exceed the amount paid for that Offer during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they do not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

Platform use and purchases from MorNatural LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Purchases from Individual Entrepreneur Filipp Vladimirovich Kashirin through Robokassa are governed by the Russian Public Offer and Russian law. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to attempt an informal resolution. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a lawful small-claims process.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when a material change affects existing paid access. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires separate consent.
